Starting Problems

My 2003 G35 Coupe Automatic will not start at times without either a jumperbox, or turning/spinning the engine/harmonic balancer and than it cranks right up without an extra jump; if you attempt to start it without doing either there is an excessive electrical load so much so smoke will start to come off the battery terminals. And both the battery and alternator are 100% in working condition, thoughts?

And also it never have problems starting when the engine is cold, only after its been driven a bit or alot.

Sounds like the starter is going bad.
