So I know this is an ongoing issue with the G35 CD Player jamming, no ejecting etc, however the question never has never gotten answered. People are saying either you're SOL or get a DD, however I'm selling the car and I'm keeping it stock.

I have the CD player apart sitting on my desk, with the CD's finally removed and I've heard of people fixing this by tweaking some piece of defective hardware within the unit.

Does anyone know what exactly goes wrong in these things?
