Anyone Have This Problem. PLEASE HELP!

Two days ago I got in the G n the CD player started flashing CD 1 over and over and not loading. I disconnected the battery to see if it would reset. After disconnecting it will not go into CD mode, when it does (after repeated pressing), it flashs CD and then turns the Bose off. The radio still works fine. Am I totally f'ed on the Bose?? I had a skipping issue in my 03' 350Z but it never did this. Cost or replacing this quick is insane. Is there anything I can do???

ANY advice would be helpful.

Thanks

the cd player is probably toast. mine was doing this lately and unitl i cant even listen/eject/load cds. head unit and AC controls are conntected so once that starts to go, you may lose your AC controls as well. I've been having to smack my center console to get control back. sometimes the heater would be stuck on FULL blast at 90 degrees. not fun on a hot cali day.

Shi*t! Just checked my AC controls are working. Just the CD player for now. Goddamn Bose is a pos, should stand by their name and offer replacements or repair free.

Bose stand by their name? ahahahhahahahhaha

Their name means nothing to anybody who isn't fooled by their marketing. Well, it means garbage.

Anyway, I'd try the standard disc-removal procedure:

If you need to know how to get the radio out:
