Post Availability of 16-pin male plug at the back of Clarion/Bose radio?

Does anybody know the name (make & model) of the white 16-pin male plug at the back of the Bose/Clarion radio? What is it called? Where can I purchase such a plug or adapter?

Image of 16-pin plug/adapter:

In the post by AARONHL he explains how to make your own adapter for the Metra AXXESS ASWC -- but I would prefer not to disassemble my old Bose/Clarion head unit to "build" my own plug or adapter. Can I not just purchase one somewhere?

Thank you,

Cameron

Just tap the wires going to the stock harness, if you go an inch away to cut & solder from the actual harness it's trivial to re-solder the wires back together if you ever want to go back.

Or you can just buy wire taps and not cut anything.
