None fused?

They should be fused. They blow out and break the wire inside when something goes wrong.

I checked the small fuses by the battery and none seem to be fussed... Is there another fuse somewhere else?

Each headlight is on it's own circuit. How are you checking the fuses? It would be odd for both fuses to blow at the same time.

Do you have aftermarket bulbs/hids installed? Any other changes to the factory lighting system? The easiest way to troubleshoot is to start with a voltmeter at the bulbs and work your way back. It could be bad bulbs, bad ballasts, bad IPDM, bad BCM, bad switch, wiring, or fuses.

Fuses should be checked with an ohm meter to verify they are still good - visual checks aren't always good enough to catch hairline fractures in the fuse element.
