Alternative to XD400/4

Is there a class D amp alternative to Jl audio XD400/4 but at a better price point with just about the same power specs?

if you dont need class D the Rockford P400-4 is a good choice.

say what you will about Rockford but the amp is actually quite nice and the sound is great.
