Help!! car audio redesign

2006 G35 Coupe 6mt with Bose system

two years ago i decided to upgrade the HU, going with the pioneer avic-x930bt. local shop hooked up an alpine mrx-m100 amp to power two 10" alpine type r's. as far as i know the shop hooked it up to still keep the stock bose amp and six speakers in the interior. but after a few months i got tired of the ridiculous bass from the two 10's and i unhooked them and stored them in my garage (the trunk room after removing the subs is a +). for about a year now ive just been having my amp sitting screwed to my backseat hooked up to power, ground, and remote but no subs....

but now i want to upgrade my components in the front and the bass bug has bit me again, but this time i dont desire the subs. can my amp power aftermarket components in any possible way, and if so which components would be best that can hit a little hard and sound clear?

(looking to just re-use the amp i purchased and just purchase a good set of components to hook up to the amp if possible)

any help is greatly appreciated!!

JL makes 6.5 subs.

I'm a big fan of JL, guaranteed clarity. IMO

I personally love Hertz Audio. Made in Italy speakers. Nice, soft, detailed tweeter and midbass. PM if you're interested, I can point you in the right direction.

The mrx-m100 is a single channel amp, so unless you've got two of them, it's not going to be a good way to go with a pair of components, and at 1000w, would probably be overkill for a single speaker.

But you can swap it out for a 300-400w 2-channel amp and re-use the power, ground, and remote wires. If it's hooked up to a full-range audio channel you can use that too, but chances are, they used the dedicated subwoofer-output channel on the X930BT. You'll need to remove the radio to either swap the outputs you're connected to on the radio and re-use the existing RCA cables, or put in another set of RCAs to the trunk for the full-range audio channels.
