If you're not running an early '03 model, then you can use the PA15-NIS should work fine, you just have to plug it into the back of the radio, not into the satellite harness in the trunk.

So I should get the PA15-NIS since my car does not have sat? Or does it matter if I get that or the PA15-INFI.

The INFI is made to plug into the harness in the trunk (05 *should* have it) the NIS for the back of the radio.

Besides the early '03s, as far as I've seen in all the radios (not that I've seen everything, but I've seen a LOT), for every year there's only the bose headunits and non-bose headunits. There's no special headunit for cars with bluetooth, satellite radio, or navigation. Every service manual only shows BOSE headunits and NON-BOSE headunits. There is additional hardware in the form of the nav unit, satellite receiver and bluetooth box, but the units themselves do not change, only the labels on the buttons on the trim. So long as there's the adapter connected correctly, the button will do what it's supposed to do when the proper receiver is connected.

About the biggest change with any option for wiring with the radio is if you have bluetooth, which (in order to keep the headunits all the same) when you have it, it routes the steering wheel controls to the bluetooth box before the radio.
