Wireless FM transmitters go from crap to passable.
If you're unwilling to replace the radio or get a proper adapter like the one you linked to, get a wired FM unit, like the PAC IS77, which gives sound quality equal to sitting underneath the broadcast tower of your favorite radio station, since you're wired directly into the antenna input, no radio waves involved.

Save your money. The wireless ones SUCK.
The transmitter will be at the deck, while your antenna is in the rear window glass. They don't block anything else transmitting either, the way a wired FM modulator does. It cuts the antenna's signal completely when on, so there's virtually zero interference.

Don't waste your money on the wireless transmitter.
All you need is a PAC AAI-NIS2. Cost around $60-100 and it's plug and play. That's all I use to play stuff from my phone, ipod, etc.
