How can I install an XM radio?

New owner of a 2006 G35 but clueless what the past owner has done to the car. Radio button gives me FM1, FM2, and AM.

But in the front of the car on the roof, I have a black square shaped antenna that says "XM" on it so I assume it had sattelite radio on it before.

But what are the next steps I need to take now? What is the whole deal with the pre-wiring in the trunk?

I want to keep the stock look so I want to have satellite radio via my bose system.

Once again, I'm new to all this so detailed answers would be helpful. Thank you!

Take it to a custom audio shop (not best buy) and tell them you're unsure if there's still the XM equipment there. Without actually having your car to look we can only guess.

True ... but since the antenna for the XM is in the front, I assume he had an aftermarket XM radio?
