iSimple Gateway Help; Using Stock Radio Controls
I bought my 2007 Infiniti G35 Coupe a few days ago, and it seems like the previous owner installed the iSimple Gateway iPod adapter to the car. He ran the wiring from the radio, and then to the glovebox. I'd like to keep it this way, so my iPod can be hidden away. But, I can't figure out how to use the radio controls to browse through my music (playlists, albums, songs, etc.).
I've made a video to show what I'm having problems with, so hopefully that will help in finding a solution. If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it!
I believe I have the iSimple Gateway Model#: ISNI572

It's all in the manual, but control method changes with dip switch settings:

I've found a video that shows the controls (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AGL4j...ature=youtu.be), but my seek down button (enter) doesn't work. I'm assuming my dip switch settings are wrong. The previous owner must not have installed the radio correctly or they were somehow flipped.
That's what I figured. With the iPod cable coming through the glovebox, one would assume that the iSimple unit is behind the OEM radio.
Is there a video or tutorial that shows how I can get behind the radio? I've searched and can't find one of my car.
I appreciate your help, by the way! This is all new to me.

Turns out I had an outdated module. Just going to have my local audio store put in an alternative.
After taking apart the dash and putting it back together, I'd rather not do it again. Just too much of a hassle.
