Replacing with aftermarket, you have to:
Run new power wire from the battery, which isn't bad if you're comfortable removing interior panels
Extend the audio signal in/speaker signal out wires from the bose amp harness to reach the new amp, which isn't bad if you're comfortable using a soldering iron.
Mount the amp somewhere, again, not bad if you're comfortable with a saw, drill and some MDF.

The other important factor, is if you're still using the bose headunit, you need an amplifier that is designed to use balanced audio inputs. JL Audio amps all do, and are easy to find. Other brands have select amps that do, but they're generally harder to find.
which other bose amp model i can replace with?

Another factory one just like the one you're replacing.

I'm running the JL A6450 with my stock Bose speakers and they are starting to fail.

Do you recommend the Infinity Kappa's or something else?

I also have W6 powered by 500/1 and Pioneer x930bt.

Something else.

Kappas sound good in noisy cars where their bright tweeters overcome the wind and roadnoise. In a decent car, they sound too shrill.

What would you recommend?
I'm not trying to go to crazy but I'm willing to pay for quality.

How much are you willing to pay for quality? Good price/performance sweet spot is about $300-400, after that you are unlikely to hear a substantial difference while the car is in motion without spending a lot more.

I'm looking to spend 200 to 300.

Hertz esk

Massive rk6

JBL ms62

Massives will be the loudest. The tweets are very in your face sounding, but not shrill like infinity's. Midbass is phenomenal, and they love tons of power.

Hertz are more laid back sounding. Tweets are warm, midbass is average, midrange is nice and smooth.

JBL's are a lil smoother than the hertz, but the tweets are lil more sparkly. Midbass is above average.

No.

The massives are somewhat inefficient, so you'd need about 250-300 per side
