Wierd Bose Problem..

Hey has anyone ever encountered this or know what’s going on.
I just noticed yesterday after playing a CD that the left side of my car isn’t sounding as powerful or clear as the right. I separated it by changed the balance and low and behold its not. When I play the radio both sides sound fine. No matter what CD I play the left side sounds like ****. Why?

I have the stock Bose radio with speakers and amp, haven’t touched anything.

It's pretty common. Take it to the dealer, and if they can replicate it, they will fix it.

there are many threads about this... just do a search and youll find a lot of info. the problem will continue to get worse until both sides start fading. if you still dont fix it, the trebble will start fading.. then there will be times when youll have almost no sound. It only affects CD channels. If you brake you may find the sound returns but I dont recommend this: youll have to change your pads/rotors quicker.

Yup.... I have the same problem. Front left speaker goes out ONLY on CD. Sat, radio don't have this problem. Will go to Infiniti to get a new HU when I get the chance. Just hope that I can replicate it when I bring it in.
