Installing double din with factory nav HELP

Unhappy Installing double din with factory nav HELP
I'm installing a double din app radio 2 right now with factory nav in a 04 coupe,im using the metra radio kit with a/c controls but it doesn't look like it will work with the factory nav, could some one tell me how it should fit in the metra kit, Thanks!

There's a video on you tube on how to install it with the nav. I believe you have to file down a curve to get it to land perfect.
