Lightbulb Double Din install w/NAV Need Help

I just bought a dual-din deck(kenwood ddx-7015) my audio guy in town didnt want to touch the install cuz of the Nav. I need info about what needs to be done from the beginning from where to order the dash kit, how to make the dual AC work, how to make the volume control on steering work with the after-market deck, to still have the sound work from the Nav, what rear-view camera works the best and what sreens are the best for the head-rest. I have a 2004 Coupe Premium Package Black. Please sorry its a long request but any thing will help thanks.
