Need Help Quick! Electrical Wire Cut

Hey Guys,

I made a boo boo today. While doing a wire tuck, and while trying to extend my wires so that they can reach, I accidently CUT two wires.

EDIT: Ended up splicing them together with some butt connectors and additional 14 gauge wires.

Any wire will work, but you might be able to get away with just using a waterproof heatshrink butt connector to put them together securely.

Thanks. I have spliced them together but I am now running into this problem.

When I turn on my headlights they flicker non-stop and I am hearing some clicking noises by the fuse box. Can someone please help me?? Thanks.

OK I figured it out thank god. It was because of the grounding wire.

Thanks for your help by the way. I ended up connecting them with a bullet connector and I used a 14 gauge wire to extend them.
