Installed a double din ... Not happy.. need help

Long story short.. i got a Sony XAV-63 radio as a gift from my girl on christmas.. i got around to installing it and when all was said and done, i turned it on and the Rear door speakers dont come on..

I bought the wire harness plug and play with a few splices for power, illumination, yadda yadda, idk whats going on with that but... the volume isnt loud at all.. The factory bose system was louder and sounded better IMO..

I always upgrade the radios in my car and this is the first time im actually not happy but i know this cant be right.. PLEASE HELP!!

about to also order a 4 channel 760W amp for the interior speakers.. but before i do.. need input on this situation

Checked connections which were fine.. realized there are no Rca's for the sub input that it's intergrated through the harness... checked the radio settings for the sub.. looked like this.. it was on sub..(rear/sub)
the rear doors were acting as subs >=O switched it to rear and everything is fine..

sounds a lot more clear but def need to upgrade that amp and add a diff sub
