RCA length

RCA length

Hey guys, i have a Coupe and redoing stereo for the 3rd time. Installing a after market head unit. How long of RCA do i need? is 4m good? or should i do a 6m?

Depends where the amp is in the trunk.
4m is good if you go through the center console and run the wires from the bottom with the amp towards the front or middle of the trunk, but if you're running the wires along the doors and put the amp along the back, you might need 6m.

thats what i thought. after spending all this money to keep the stock HU. im finally going with after market deck.
