Im wondering if there is multiple ways to set up the sirius antenna, the only way i have seen is plugging it directly into the tuner, but a previous owner had the antenna mounted under the hood, up by the wipers, the cord goes back towards the rear, i don't want to rip apart my car to follow it, all i know is that it does not end up at the back by the amp. Help?

 

Is it an antenna for the stock sirius receiver, or for an aftermarket radio?

About the only places that would make sense for an aftermarket sirius receiver with the antenna in the front of the car would be under the radio headunit or center console, under the passenger seat or under the dash.

 

Its a antenna for a aftermarket unit, the same antennas you can pick up at walmart for 20 bucks. so do i just forget about it and buy one to hook up to the stock tuner?

 

What is it that you are trying to do? Just remove it or relocate it?
