quick question about sub amps and stock HU

hello. i already have a jl 300/4 for my componenets. i plan to run an 8 sub off a second amp. does the sub amp have to accept diff. balanced signal also? any suggestions? thnx guys

I'm unsure if the pre-amp outputs on the JL 300/4 are unbalanced, but if you're not using those, it definitely needs to accept differential-balanced signals.
