I'm having trouble connecting a new backup camera I recently bought. As you can see in the picture it has a red/black power lead where as the previous camera used a different kind. What do I need in order to hook these two up? Or should I hook up the power by other means?

Just cut the old power cord, expose sufficient wire inside, verify polarity with a multimeter and solder them together.
