Cool My control unit went out!! Looking to install a Double DIN!

Hello everyone.

I am trying to research about this control unit on the 2003 g35 coupe. I am not really sure if installing a double din will fix the problem? If I take this to an Audio Shop near by that installs double dins will this fix the problem? My A/C is on and wont turn off and my radio stopped working. Not so sure how I can get this fixed the easy way..

Can anbody help? What would I need to bring at the shop? Center Console?

Yes, replacing it with an aftermarket radio will fix it.

This just happened to me last night. Thinking of replacing it with the JDM DD and a new HU. Hmm or maybe fixing the circuit board. Who knows. This appears to be common.
