NEED 2006 Coupe Bose amp replacement wiring HELP

I just got my G35, had a 350Z for a year, and I am just baffled by the wiring on the Bose sub. Nothing I have read has been the same. I have a JL 400/3 amp and I am trying to run new front and rear speakers off it while keeping the stock HU and stock wiring. I also plan to later remove the woofers on the rear deck and put a sub in the trunk.

I have the Premium package with the Bluetooth and Sirius added in as well. I have looked at the wiring diagram from the service manual and it doesn't to seem to be lining up for some reason. The 2006 seems to be a lot different with the added bluetooth receiver complicating things.

1st) What are the wire colors for the front components, rear speakers, and the rear deck woofers?
2nd) Which one is the remote turn on wire for the amp?
3rd) Do I have to keep the bose amp partially hooked up if I want to keep the bluetooth?

If someone could help me that would be Amazing! I have spent a ridiculous amount of time searching and testing the wires already and I am about to give in.

1) Check AV-24 through AV-26 of the FSM or search, I really hate re-typing out the colors for the + and - of eight input wires and twelve outputs every time it comes up.
2) Sky Blue (as shown on AV-26 of the FSM).
3) If you check the diagram on AV-94 through AV-100, you'll see that there are no connections between the TEL ADAPTER UNIT and the BOSE SPEAKER AMP, so no, you do not.

Honestly I love you right now haha. It turns out I just had some bad connections but you reassured me that I was doing it correctly and saved me some serious $$$.
