Satellite radio showing "Acquiring"

Satellite radio showing "Acquiring"
Have 2006 G35X and when trying to access satellite radio screen shows "acquiring". Trying to get id where I can activate service. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Here's the troubleshooting guide for the satellite radio which includes our cars (same sat. receiver):

But basically, check the antenna and antenna connections (both satellite and regular broadcast) .
