AVH-P8400BH Wiring help!

So I have recently purchased everything I need for the installation.

-PAC ROEM-NIS2
-JDM Double Din
-AVH-P8400BH

Everything from the list that was posted on here.
So I began installing and got to the wiring and got everything wired up
I used this wiring diagram

and I am receiving no power whatsoever. The HU is not powering up at all. The fuse is not blown. ZERO POWER.

What is wrong or what can I do? Am I not catching something or what?

I am sorta stuck at this point and don't know what to do! Thanks for the help!

To clear up the question in the photo:

The OEM-1 is the actual adapter. When you combine adapteR OEM-1 adapter with the NISsan wiring harness, version 2, you get part# ROEM-NIS2.

Where are you grounding at? Do you have a multimeter to check power at both sides of the OEM-1?

Finally figured out what was wrong, since you said something about the ground I decided to check it and that was the problem, the ground wasn't good enough.
