Viper 3305

Hello all,
I had a Viper alarm professionally installed today. Was quite disappointed with it because the sensors don't cover all around, but anyway the piece above my driver door window is now loose. I pulled on it and it came off a little, while the passenger side (the side without a sensor) is just fine. Do you guys know if this is an issue? Is this normal because the sensor was put in or was something done wrong?

Are you talking about the a pillar, headliner, window weather strip? Post pics of the loose piece. Regardless of which piece it is tho, if it was professionally installed they should not have left anything loose. My guess is they probably broke a tab or unglued something. Give them a call and tell them your situation, if they're a reputable shop they'll be more than happy to repair what they broke.

It is the "A" pillar I believe. But okay, thanks, I will give them a call.
