Clock stopped working (LED still works). Ideas?
I have a 2006 g35 base with no dual climate control. My clock stopped working while I was at work last week, and I was doing some research into how to troubleshoot it. The LED still works in the clock when I turn on my lights.
I need a little help with a few things:
Does the clock (not the led part) work off of a separate fuse? Where would the fuse be for this circuit?
I found the entire dash assembly that contains the clock and readouts for AC temps and compass heading from a 2005 sedan on ebay for 20 bucks and went ahead and ordered it. I took apart the dash trim to see how removal would be for the assembly. Looks like a connector on the bottom right and two screws on the bottom of the assembly hold it in. Is there more? Anyone done this before?
Thanks for the help!

Update. The ebay part from an 05 worked. The part was from a car that has dual climate so now the display reads DRIVER and PASSENGER and they move together when i turn the temp dial.
