Driver side window problem

I recently replaced my window motor because my window wouldn't go up. After I replaced it it worked, just one this came out wrong. When I would send the window up automatically it would go all the way up then come down about 6 inches. So what I've been doing is not making it go up automatically, I have to hold the switch up until it gets to the top and then it'll stay. I took off the battery to see if it would reset but didn't work. Anyone know how to fix this? When I hit the switch to go up automatically all the way up, as soon as it reaches the top it comes down. Anyone have the same problem? Or know how to fix this?
