Read the threads about double dins, subwoofers, and speakers alike. You can keep the Bose and upgrade the speakers and sub but you wiil need amplifiers. If you just want your music do the GROM add to the stock deck. That's only about !$200.

It cost me about 1K for my sound system and I love it. I didn't do any of the work since I don't know how nor do I want to mess with it. I purchased a Double Din face, Double din Head Unit, upgraded the front speakers and found a 1080 box with a 10 inch speaker. You won't lose any trunk space using the box and it sounds great. A million times better than stock system and you can play dvds, use a USB drive and most HU have blu tooth.

Go to sonicelectronics.com. Thats where I bought my DD head unit, 5 channel amp, metra kit, and my tag bracket with built in backup camera and parking sensors. Their prices are reasonable and delivery is quick.

On another car I had a new HU really messed up the steering control buttons.
Are all yours still functional?

With the metra steering wheel interface everything if installed correctly works like Oem... Except for the Bluetooth button .
