Alarm bypass needed without remote start - 2006 G35 sedan

Alarm bypass needed without remote start - 2006 G35 sedan
So I'm thinking about getting a 2 way alarm for my 6MT in Florida and really have no need for remote start. Do I need a bypass of any sort to use an alarm like

my other stipulations are:
I'd like to keep the factory remote operable (I added a KP window rollup module) but do I need it, or does an alarm like the one above do the same functions? its already wired in and easy to use on the factory remote
Really just want it for the alarm and lock unlock functions, possibly add microwave sensor and glass break, etc..but would like to keep factory remote, and not need bypass module. Hope this all makes sense, feel free to ask for clarification
