JDM 2005-2006 Double DIN Dual A/C

SOLD

This is a very clean 2005-2006 double-DIN unit (it is used so expect some wear).

This is a complete non-Nav takeout that includes the lid and bin, and Japanese single-DIN stereo. You can harvest the faceplate for a double-DIN install, or use the single-DIN mount and pocket to install a single-DIN. I'm not sure if the factory CD unit works, or if the tuner will work with US stations so consider it as included, but of no real use. I've never used this unit, but it was removed from a low-mileage parted JDM V35 and I was told it worked fine.

Price is $225 - including shipping to anywhere in the US. Paypal accepted - PM me to buy.

Thanks - Peter.

Are you referring to the CD player? Why would I do that when it's included at no extra charge?

pontiacstogo, can you take photos, measurements and such of the single din radio and pocket, and pictures of how it's mounted? I'd like to expand the single-din install information in the A/V forums to help people who want to go single-din. If there's an actual part number on the pocket and any sort of bracket used for the single-din, I'd like to know.

Thanks!

(thinking I might just have to buy this "for research" )

No the a/c control. The single din working is irrelevant, since no one is able to by a dd that isn't made by metra. Js it might help with the sell

No problem - here's some pictures of various angles (double-din faceplate removed in the first two photos);

There are some part numbers molded into the back of the pocket;

G402-5671-100-11
68475 35F00
6847501U10

Let me know if there are any other details you need.

A quick Google search shows that part number (G402-5671-100-11) was used on a number of different Nissan models (Altima etc.).

Definitely a different bracket - compared to the DDin radio - Name: 9DA5BAF6-91AE-4D63-96DD-A93D38F0D010_zpsyjqbekvp.jpg

Are the screw holes in the same position, or are they shifted forward?

Could you move the single din radio and cubby into the ddin bracket and see if it fits properly, or is it way off?
