New stereo system installation cost? HELP

i have an 05 sedan and I want an aux cord really bad and I guess the only way I can go about it is getting a new stero system. Unless there's another way? I don't want an fm transmitter is there another way to get aux input in my car for my iPhone?

How much would it cost in total to have this installed and I have a wood grain would I have to change that or what ? Helllp!

I just bought everything for mine using Wrathernaut's guide which is amazing. None Bose With the JDM dash kit and a $360 Pioneer deck cost around $775-$850 shipped with a DIY install. I think mine was closer to $850 since I bought cables for a Sub as well. Not sure how much it would cost to have it installed as well. I bought everything from amazon.

The woodgrain dash kit is hard to find so you would have to get it done custom or change the color of it.
