I did disconnect and the problem went away. I called JL audio and they said that this is a known problem for class D amplifiers in cars with interior antennas. He only had two suggestions: He said he heard of people wrapping the antenna amp w/foil?!?!?! He didn't know if it worked or not. The other suggestion was GET A NEW AMP! It kind of sucks cuz my JL W6 would sound best with the JL 500/1 amp. I don't know what to do!

The amp is on the driver's side in the rear of the pillar or the C pillar (even though there is no B pillar on a couple)The wire for the antenna runs along the pillar front to rear.
The have a good point with wrapping the amp with a shield to kill the induced EMF from the istalled AMP.
You could also put a noise suppressor on the ant amp power wire to clamp electrical noise coming into the amp.
