I am in the process of replacing factory BOSE sub in 03 Sedan w/ 8" P2 and want to know if anyone has ever built a box for the area of the old sub. My goal is for everything to look factory. I have to build a raised screen for where the bose screen above the sub used to be but other than that it should look stock. So how about it? Has anyone seen a box built for that area?

 

Not worth it to build a box, just reinforce the rear deck since it's flimsy as hell, and then just do a free-air sub setup.

 

Thx bro or sis, whatever your gender. I built a box for the sub to sit in trunk but am now dissatisfied with the amount of base in cabin. Can't be satisfied so now I save for two tens
