Zenclosure 1-10 box + sub questions

Hi guys I've got a 05 g35 coupe and I've got 2 questions.
1. I'm going to put a subwoofer in it, but I was wondering about boxes. Does the Zenclosure single 10 inch box still allow enough room for you to get to the spare tire if you cut the trunk floor?

2. I was looking at the freq response charts for sealed boxes and both the Infinity 100.9W and the Infinity 1062W seem like great choices (I have an Alpine PDX-V9 amp). Any alternatives that have a relatively flat frequency response to the lower end? I frequently listen to music where having sub-50hz frequencies is important so I want something that actually hits the lower end like the Infinity's are supposed to. Sidenote: I'd rather not spend more than $150 for the woofer itself.
Thanks,
Phil

I was thinking that the sub box would make it impossible to get to the spare tire and maybe cutting the trunk floor would make it easier.

So you're saying that when you installed the box you were still able to get to your spare ?
