Hey guys im new to here. Today I was driving and my radio screen stopped working. All the buttons and the ac still work. Steering wheel buttons work too. Cigarette lighter works. Literally everything works except for
the screen. BTW 2006 g35 sedan. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you

 

Probably the finisher board. If you're lucky, it's just the ribbon cable loose, but these radios are known for a high failure rate, so your best option is to save up for a radio replacement. There's guides at the top of this forum that give good walkthroughs on both options.

 

I checked all the radio cables and they all spear to be good. Looks like im out of luck. I'll check some local scrap yards and maybe I'll get a good deal

 

Just keep in mind that those radios are going to be just as old and prone to failure as the one that you're replacing, so it may be a futile attempt, or a delay at best.
