Radio Part# for Bose and Factory Navi

Anyone know the correct radio part# for a 2006 G35X with Bose 6CD changer and factory navigation?

My CD player isn't working, and want to have the correct part on hand before taking everything apart. Thank you.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
You'll get better feedback if you'll post your questions in the appropriate forums. Moving this to Audio/Video/Electronics........

All you need is an 05/06 bose radio. Navigation doesn't change the part number.

Thanks for your response on the radio part# question. I think I found this image in your navi thread, might even be your car - do you know if this 'fuel economy leaf theme' is from the 7.10 navigation DVD? I currently have 7.9 and mine doesn't look anything like that.

Fuel economy leaf is from the 05 year navigation hardware. Navigation software doesn't change it.

Weird so they changed it in 06 (I have an 06 g35x)? Or am I missing an option or something? My fuel economy menu is just a bar graph with blue colors, as are all the other menus. Was just about to purchase the 7.10 DVD to try it :/

Here is what mine looks like...

It's going to continue to look like that unless you change the hardware.

It's the same information, the leaf is just more pretentious.

By changing hardware, do you mean the DVD 'drive' in the glovebox? I like the matching orange of the 05 navi menus with all the dash lights etc vs the blue in the 06 navi menus.

How hard would it be to swap?

I'm not sure if it's the drive alone, or the screen portion that houses the firmware. More likely the drive in the glovebox.

It's not that horrible to swap, but you're really looking at a fair expense of time and money just to get a navigation system that was out of date when it was released 13 years ago. Putting a phone mount in that space is a lot better use of it.

Thanks for the input. I basically just use the navi for the fuel economy screen and info, when I came across the orange matching 'leaf' theme I was intrigued, thinking it was the 7.10 software DVD that would change it. Infiniti should have stuck with the theme that matched! Lol
