Hey guys,

I'm interested in replacing the paper cones in the Bose system in my '04 G35 Sedan. I've heard that the Bose amp requires a special kind of speaker if I want to do that. I'm a total noob with sound, so I'm not sure what I should be searching for, so I was hoping someone could give me the tech specs of what I would need? Also, is it totally not worth the trouble to just replace the amp? Any suggestions on that front?

No special speaker required. Just throw some 4 ohm speakers in their place and you're good to go. You'll probably need speaker spacers to mount them in the doors properly. Zenclosures does good ones if you can't make them yourself: http://www.zenclosures.com/Nissan-In...infinitisp.htm
