Post Seeking advice: Replacing bose amp and speakers with aftermarket amp and speakers

I have a 2004 G coupe with Bose. I replaced the Bose head unit with a Pioneer AVH-P3200DVD + PAC ROEM-NIS2 a couple months ago. I also installed a system (2) JL Audio 10w3v3 powered by a JL Audio 500/1v2. The install went smooth thanks to Wrathernaut and docron1. I was debating whether or not to remove the Bose amp/speakers and upgrade to an aftermarket 4 channel amp and speakers. Now I have finally decided to upgrade the crappy Bose, but I am in need of some help/tips. I am keeping the budget under $350 dollars. If I am missing anything please let me know. Thanks in advance

My main concerns are:

1. Do I keep the PAC ROEM-NIS2 or swap to Metra 70-7550 since I am removing the Bose system completely out?

2. So do I unplug the Bose harness and leave it unplugged?, discard of Bose amp, and tap speaker wires from the Bose harness to the new aftermarket amp? Do I have to tap anything else from the Bose harness to the aftermarket amp? Or do I actually have to run completely new wires?

I found this diagram on Cruthfield. Does it seem correct? Btw not using a capacitor

Parts list:

Kenwood Kac-8405 or Infinity Reference 475a 4-Channel Amplifier
6.5 Fronts Infinity reference 6030cs components
6.5 Rear Infinity reference 6032cf coaxial (Not going to use the OEM 6x9 Bose subs)
(4) 6.5 mdf spacers
(2) Distribution blocks one for power and the other for ground
(2) RCA cables one for front and the other for rear
4 gauge wire for power and ground

#1 - You can keep the ROEM.
#2 - Run new RCAs from the headunit to the amp. You can keep using the wiring from the trunk to the speakers that the factory system used. You can use the same amp power signal wire as well.
#3 - With a budget like that (even with a much larger one) forget about a 4-channel setup. 2-channel front soundstage is definitely the way to go.

wrathernaut is right.

Ditch the cap, and put a big battery upfront. Battery along with proper sized wiring and distribution should be more than enough for you.

I'd also ditch the infinity stuff.

So its ok to leave the bose amp unplugged and speaker wires tap into the aftermarket amp correct? Any other good 6.5 components that dont cost arm and leg? Focal? Polk? Any good? How about good amps? Thanks for the tips!

Budget

Without terms like sq and spl, what is the exact goal?

I unplugged my bose amp, tore it apart and danced upon the ashes.

Even 50w per channel to two good speakers up front will be fairly good, but 250w/channel is as high as you should need to go.
