Center console swap

Hello everyone....i have a 2006 g35 sedan & i would rather have the much nicer radio and nav display console thats in the 2007 & up. Is that anyway possible?

Nope. 06 to 07 is a whole different vehicle. 03 to 06 can be done, you just have to swap out the entire dashboard.
