I replaced the OEM head unit in my 2005 G35 Coupe with a DD unit. I still have a parasitic battery drain. and believe the Bose amp in the trunk is the problem. Has anyone installed a power switch to the amp ? If so, how difficult was it ?

 

Run a switch? No, run a relay to switched power for it off another circuit near there. Yes.

 

This is a much better solution.

OP, have u confirmed your problem is actually the amp?
