bose amp question?

i am about to install some components for the fronts(jl xr650) powering by an alpine amp.
the amp will power both a sub and those components.
my question is:
is there any way to still have functionality of the rear speakers(factory) by using the factory bose amp to power those.
i am also changing the head unit out to the avn unit.
i hope this makes sense.
i didn't want to change my rears out .
so in short, can i still use the bose amp with my new head unit and new amp.
peace
sam

Keep in mind that the Bose amp uses high level inputs...so you'll probably need a LOC in between your aftermarket head unit and the Bose amp. It might be better to get a second amp for your sub, and use the alpine amp for the front and rear components, dumping the Bose amp altogether. That way, you'll have a functional fader, and can run the sub amp off the rear channels. If you have people in the back seat, very often you need to lower the volume significantly to avoid killing their hearing, and you need to have a way to do this. Assuming your sub will be somewhere in the rear, you need to be able to lower that as well.
