03 NAV... display on and off.. easy fix?

03 NAV... display on and off.. easy fix?

Yes its old, but it's nice enough vs cell... any advice?

How about some details about exactly what's happening? Your power button doesn't work and you're having trouble turning it on/off ??

it was flickering while screen was raised, now its just all out dead...

Tape your phone to the screen. Problem solved!

Check your screen raising mechanism. There might be a little switch or sensor on there that turns the screen on when it pops out and off when it retracts. That sensor might need adjusting.

Nice thought but I leave screen up year round and sometimes on hot summer days it does come on for one drive. Then it's usually dead again when I drive the next time that day
