Both of my windows have started to roll down by themselves

So as of yesterday, every time I open my door after removing my key from the ignition both of my windows roll down by themselves simultaneously. I literally have to get out and disconnect the battery before removing the key from the ignition every time I turn my car off. Does anyone know where I would even begin to look for what is causing this? I have little to no experience with wiring and would greatly appreciate some pointers here.

This could be related but could also not be - in the past I gave had a problem where when I get out of my car my double din will fold out to expose the CD area by itself

I drive a 2004 G35 Coupe 6MT

edit: I do NOT have a fob

I would recalibrate both the window motors.

Also inspect your BCM for any water damage.

Also inspect your driver door lock, there is a switch on the lock to roll the windows up/down by holding the key in the lock/unlock position.

Actually start with the door lock, since you aren't using a fob to unlock the car that means you're using the key, you are probably only ever turning the key to the UNLOCK position (probably locking the doors using the door button) which means the switch may have become damaged in the "window down" position.

First try locking the door with the key to see if it makes the windows stop misbehaving, if that doesn't work then remove the door panel and UNPLUG the switch on the door lock cylinder to disable that function. If it still rolls the windows down then you have narrowed it down to possibly the interior driver door window button panel or the BCM.
