Hello everyone, i have a 03 g35 coupe, id like to put subs without it taking up all my trunk space, can someone give me advice on what enclosure to use? Is there a way to slide in an inclosure perfectly? (Sorry for the silly questions to you experienced people) (also Preferably if its from best buy somce i have total membership) thank you g community!

 

There used to be the 4080 box which would fit perfectly to the side of the trunk. I dunno if anyone still makes them but just google “G35 4080 box” and see what u can find.

4080 Enclosures (archived webpage) was the name of the company that made it. For a short time after, Simplicity of Sound had the molds, but as far as I know, they've been out of production for years. The enclosures pop up in the marketplace here every now and then, and they were built very robustly, so about the worst thing you'll need to do with a used one is to replace some of the carpet (if that matters to you) or mount a new ring for the subwoofer to screw into.
