I’ve noticed that when I turn on cruise control, when I tuse the turn signals cruise will turn itself off. To make things even weirder, I’ve also noticed that if I’m accelerating quickly and use the turn signal the car will start jolting with the flashing of the turn signal. When the turn signal light is on the car is noticeably bogged down.

I don’t even know where to begin to look for something like this so any ideas help.

 

Sounds like the turn signal is slightly shorted out to ground causing a ground issue for other electronic systems.

Since you are also having cruise malfunction I would suspect your steering wheel spiral spring / clock spring is internally failing.
