Is there a noticeable difference between the Yellow and RedTop Optimas? the lights only dim when the Bose is at full power (31 volume level) so I only assume that with a real deck (Alpine 9835) that I shouldn't have to run at the same max level to get the same amount of sound. Anyone agree or disagree?

Well here is the response I received from HighOutPutAlterantors.com...

" have a 200 amp direct bolt-on replacement for your application. This unit is a Mitsubishi, part # 04INF35, and is priced at $710. If I were to get you signed up as a dealer I could offer you the dealer price for this unit. In order to do this I would need you to fax me a copy of your tax ID certificate so that I could verify that you are a business. My fax number is (563)-323-8089 and make it ATTN: JOSH. There is no minimum to buy or anything ridiculous like that, just call me up when you need an alternator for a customer and I'll hook you up! To place your order for this alternator just give me a call toll free at 1-866-446-8878 ext. 106, and I will take your order over the phone. Thank you for inquiring with us and I hope this information is helpful in your search for a high output alternator. Have a great day! Sincerely, Josh Reed"

I remember paying $600 bucks for that 200 amp alternator for my Millenia

try this

before you go spending all that money i would definately try upgrading your wires and do "the big 3" upgrad" 1)1/0 gauge wire the battery (-) to the chassis 2) battery (+) to the alternator 3) chassis to engine..........check this link out

the big 3 upgrade with pictures
