I have to apologize for my buddy...he's a LITTLE LAZY and didn't feel like doing a simple search for this topic that has been discussed in detail many times...how about no one answer his question so in the future he'll know to search first

The guys who have been here for a while are used to 1-2 posts a week asking this question, so we decided to make the FIRST post in the forum a bible on the subject. I believe it was the most asked question on this forum for over a year. Its funny to me that the 'new thread' button is so freaking close to the stickied thread, yet still occasionally (once every 6 weeks) we still get this question asked.
