Digitalwheelz w/ Nav final rundown (FEEDBACK NEEDED)
Ok guys, I've composed a list of everything I'd need to get Nav/Dvd running in my car being displayed through my DigitalWheelz screen and the audio being heard from my car speakers.
1. DW screen
2. Single Din Converter
3. Pioneer AVIC-90 DVD/NAV player
4. CD-RGB26P converter (to convert pioneer video feed to RGB so that DW screen can play it)
5. PAC AAI-NIS unit (so that sound from headunit (nav/dvd) can be played through factory car speaker system (through sat button)
Anything else missing? I'd like voice guidance from the NAV but the stock speaker system will do that since I have the pac unit right?
Ahhh, I can't wait to order everything... just need to make sure I get what I need =) Chuck, expect a order from me very soon...

Wick,
You do need the voice guidance speaker, Pioneer CD-TS36, It also plugs into the CD-RGB26P converter. This gives you the voice commands from the navigation player. It also has the infrared sensor built into it so your remote will work. Usually the IF sensor for the remote is in the Pioneer monitor. So, you really need this device for your remote to work. It is less then $50.

Thanks for the input Bob. I wasted no time in ordering parts:
Ordered my Black DW screen w/ insert and single din converter today. Also ordered the Pioneer CD-RGB26P RGB connection box and Pioneer CD-TS36 voice guidance speaker together for $65 shipped =)
Now to get the Pac unit and headunit and I should be ready for install!

Wick -
What was the total price on the items you purchased?
Do you plan on installing yourself or at a shop, if the latter then how much are you expecting to pay for the install?
I'm looking at installing this setup too but I want to get a final price on everything + installation charges.
thx

Hey, I'm going to have a local member help me out with the install. Still haven't worked it out yet; first step is to make sure I have everything order. So far, everything came out to $526 and some change.
This is what I've ordered thus far:
1. Digital Wheelz $399 setup (Black Frame)
2. Single Din Converter (which I'm going to paint black)
3. Ashtray insert (which will be painted black was well)
4. Pioneer CD-RGB26P RGB connection box
5. Pioneer CD-TS36 voice guidance speaker
