Satellite install on 05 G35

I spoke to a parts person at an Infiniti dealer and he says that it is prewired. However, my car doesn't have the SAT button (like the 04 does).

Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks.

I believe once you hook something up to the aux, using the "RADIO" button will cycle through the inputs.

On my 2005 that came with XM, the radio button goes:

AM1>AM2>FM1>FM2>XM1>XM2

Hm thats kind of a hassle to switch from XM2 to XM1, I like having the separate buttom, but I guess it is what it is.

Its definitely annoying at first, but I don't really listen to AM or FM anymore so I got over it.

Plus I dont listen to more than 6 channels anyway...

The connector for the sat is a plug next to the stereo amplifier next to the spare tire. Yes, the Radio button cycles through FM, AM, and SAT. It's not that annoying because it's very quick.
